Anita Geevarghese

Anita Geevarghese has over 15 years of experience in assessment development and math education and is currently a Curriculum-Assessment Developer and a member of the Access and Equity team at Eureka Math. She is an advocate for equity and social justice, currently serving in multiple roles including Liaison Council Member for Family Action Network, PTA Equity Committee Chair and as a support for several race-based parent groups at Walker School. She has also led several fundraising and strategic initiatives while serving as President of the Board of Directors at Covenant Nursery Preschool. Anita has a BS in Math and Computer Science from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and MS in Math Education from DePaul University. She and her husband live in Evanston with their three children who attend Walker Elementary School, Chute Middle School, and ETHS.
